KARNAPHUSET is the last of the three sculptural residential blocks that together make up the residential area Kajkanten, right on Limhamn's newly built quay promenade. A modern, maritime oasis with proximity to cozy cafes and restaurants, service, pharmacy and school - just a few steps from the marina and the sea. KARNAPHUSET is built with a facade of beautiful cedar with characteristic bay windows and green details on windows and balconies. With its unique façade material and charismatic expression, the block has its very own identity - just like Kajkanten's other two blocks, Port and Starboard. At the same time, the cohesive architectural principles create a unique community between the three neighborhoods.
