Project Brief
Pædagogernes Pension builds 72 rental homes in detached point houses by Bygholm Sø in Horsens. The homes will be part of the new residential area Brahesbakke and will have fine landscape views of fields, forests and cultural-historical relics. The point houses gather in small safe local environments and across the area comes a green wedge that brings together the beautiful places to stay. In the location and design of the homes, it has been essential to highlight Bygholm's beautiful landscape features by following the fall in terrain down towards Bygholm Lake and the large recreational areas by the forest along Lovbyvej.
